We currently ship throughout New Zealand and Australia. International orders may be arranged upon request — just get in touch at info@teds-tattoo.com.
Shipping times and costs are outlined during checkout. Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Returns & Refunds
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@teds-tattoo.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos, and we’ll do our best to put it right.
